Support That Respects and Affirms You
You’ve spent enough time trying to fit into spaces that weren’t built with you in mind. Whether you’re looking for therapy, career guidance, or an ADHD or Autism assessment, I offer affirming, judgment-free support, both in-person and virtually. I accept select insurance plans and private pay options so we can find what works best for you.
Support Options Tailored to You
A supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges, build self-compassion, and develop strategies that align with your needs and values. Therapy should feel safe, validating, and empowering- not like another place where you have to mask.
Find clarity, direction, and confidence in your career- whether you’re exploring new paths, transitioning jobs, or seeking workplace support. My approach is tailored for both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, with a focus on developing career strategies that align with your strengths and values.
I offer neurodivergence-affirming assessments to help you understand yourself and access the support you need. My evaluations focus on self-discovery, using tools that are selected for their strengths-based approach.

Meet the Practice Owner
When life feels tangled and unclear, I help you find your footing.
Hi, I’m Jessica—Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Career Counselor, and late-diagnosed ADHDer based in Michigan. I work with adults navigating ADHD, Autism, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and the general “how do I adult?” chaos. I also offer career support for anyone seeking more direction, purpose, or balance in their work.
At Cyan Counseling Services, I provide therapy, career counseling, and neuroaffirming assessments in an LGBTQIA+ affirming space that’s welcoming to all identities. I bring curiosity, humor, and a collaborative vibe to sessions. I’m big on sharing resources (sometimes maybe too many), encouraging stimming, pet snuggles, scribbling during sessions—whatever helps you feel comfortable and heard.

“There is no one-size-fits-all narrative; everyone’s path winds in different ways.”
What My Clients Say
“Sometimes it can take a few sessions to get comfortable talking to a counselor, but Jessica was easy to talk to right from the start. I had recently left a job under difficult circumstances. Jessica helped me cope with the grief from that and then orient me forward in my career search by exploring my talents, strengths, and goals.”
